I never backed a Kickstarter before! When will I get my reward?
First, you back the project here on Kickstarter. This means you support us in making the project. You can pledge more money to receive more/better rewards.
A few weeks after the Kickstarter campaign is over, you will get an invitation to the so-called “BackerKit pledge manager”. This will be sent to the email address you use on Kickstarter, so make sure this is an address you check regularly!
When you click on the link in that email, you will be taken to the Backer Survey. Here you enter the necessary information we will need to ship the products to you, usually just your shipping address. You will also have the option to change your pledge to a higher tier if you would like, or to buy add-ons. Afterwards you pay for shipping, the amount depending on which country you want the physical rewards to be shipped to.
When you are done with your Backer Survey and have paid for shipping or any potential upgrades to your pledge, you are all done! The rest is up to us. We’ll make sure to finish production and manufacturing as soon as possible, and send your rewards to you.
We will stay in touch with updates and calls to action if there’s anything you need to do throughout the entire process, so you always know what you have to do. And don’t worry, it’s not complicated!

Funds will be processed for this project after the campaign closes. You will receive an email from Kickstarter with further details.

What is the BackerKit pledge manager?
A few weeks after the Kickstarter is over, backers will receive a link inviting them to their pledge survey on BackerKit, a website that will allow them to add on items and pay for shipping, add-ons, etc. It functions much like a web store with photos and descriptions of each item. You will be able to enter your address and edit it before we ship the project. Nearly all large Kickstarter projects use a pledge manager as they greatly help organize, track, and fulfill orders.

Is it possible to change my pledge during, or after, the Kickstarter campaign?
Yes. During the campaign, you can change your pledge by using the “Edit My Pledge” link on the campaign page. After the campaign you will be able to do the same on BackerKit. Be aware, however, that if you lower your pledge on BackerKit once the campaign is over, we will not be able to refund the difference to your card; instead, it will be refunded as credit you can use to buy different add-ons.

Після цього Ви оплачуєте доставку, ціна якої буде розрахована в залежності від країни, в якій Ви перебуваєте, та кількості речей у Вашому кошику.
Якщо Ви замоляєте з України, ціна доставки на сайті буде зазначена як 0, так як ми згодом відправлятимемо Ваше замовлення Новою Поштою і Ви зможете оплатити його вже безпосередньо у Вашому відділенні. Для відправки Новою Поштою по Україні Вам потрібно зазначити наступне: ПІБ, номер телефону, місто та відділення Нової Пошти.
ВАЖЛИВО! Відправка Новою Поштою в нашому випадку буде відбуватися виключно в межах України, в інші країни доставка має бути заповнена на сайті як зазначено (навіть якщо там є відділення НП)!
Коли Ви заповнили всю потрібну інформацію на Backer Survey і оплатили доставку - Ви завершили Вашу частину замовлення! Тепер всі дії будуть виключно за нами. Ми докладемо всіх зусиль аби виробництво було завершено якомога швидше, щоб відправити Ваше замовлення! Майте на увазі, що процес виробництва може зайняти від 8 до 9 місяців, оскільки у нас задіяна велика команда та залучені процеси ретельної перевірки для найкращої якості. Ваше замовлення Ви отримаєте в перші місяці 2026 року.

Чи можу я змінити свій внесок або вибір товару під час або після кампанії на Кікстартері?
Так! Під час кампанії Ви зможете змінити ваше замовлення перейшовши за посиланням “Edit My Pledge” на сторінці кампанії. По завершенню кампанії Ви зможете зробити те ж саме, тільки вже на сторінці BackerKit (посилання на яку ви отримаєте по завершенню кампанії). Проте, якщо ви захочете знизити Вашу оплату на BackerKit ПІСЛЯ завершення кампанії, ми не зможемо повернути гроші на Вашу карту, але Ви зможете використати залишок, обравши іншу річ у ваш кошик.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
